Introduction

This guide shows how to open a Saeco Minuto coffee machine. There are a lot of different versions of this coffee machine, also under the Philips brand. The pictures show a Philips HD 8834.

  1. Disconnect the power plug!
    • Disconnect the power plug!

    • Remove all the coffee beans.

    • Remove the brewing assembly.

    • Remove the drip tray and the coffee grounds drawer.

  2. Pry up with a plastic opening tool at the bottom edge of the chrome-plated cover to lift up the coffee dispensing spout. This cover is often very tight, so you have to pry hard and hope that the part does not break. When the lower edge of the spout is released, you can pry on the side edge until the chrome cover comes off completely.   9. Remove the water level sensor cable from its brackets.

Conclusion

Repeat the steps in reverse order to reassemble your device.

Hallo, habe versucht das bei HD8844 zu machen. Allerdings gibt es hier am Kaffeeauslauf den zusätzlichen Hebel (Espresso/Cafe). Der lässt sich via 2 seitlicher Torx entfernen, aber letztlich lässt sich Schritt 4 nicht durchführen. Selbst bei entfernten Schrauben scheint die Hebelhalterung zu blockieren und niemand (es haben mehrer Personen probiert), schafft es die schwarze Abdeckung des Kaffeeauslaufs zu enfernen um die beiden Torx für Schritt 5 erreichen zu können. Irgendwelche Ideen?

Leider kann man mit dieser Anleitung nur die Haube entfernen. An einer Entfernung der seitlichen Abdeckung bin ich gescheitert, das Ding scheint aus einem Guss zu sein, ich kann die Pumpe von der Seite nicht freilegen. Saeco Minuto HD8761

Hmm. Kann mich gar nicht mehr richtig erinnern, ich meine das ginge ganz leicht?! Ich muss sowieso demnächst wieder eine zerlegen, vielleicht kann ich die Beschreibung fortsetzen.
